(TSX: LAS.A) (“Lassonde” or the “Corporation”) announces that the nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated March 26, 2026, were elected as directors of Lassonde. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held today at its Annual General Meeting are set out below.
